Key Steps for Registering in Both LACA-ABCr 2025 & LAPDiC
When registering for both the LACA-ABCr 2025 meeting and LAPDiC,
it is important to complete the registration for each event separately. After you have finished
registering for the first event, you must log out of that
registration area before starting the registration process for the second event. This procedure is
necessary even when opting for a combined registration fee and will ensure you receive separate
registration numbers for each conference.

The LACA-ABCr 2025 Organizing Committee is committed to fostering inclusive participation by offering bursaries for students, postdoctoral fellows and early career researchers, subject to the availability of funds.
These bursaries are specifically intended to support participation in the LACA-ABCr School, which will take place prior to the main conference. The financial support aims to help cover expenses related to travel, accommodation, and attendance.
To be considered for a bursary, applicants must:
Be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, hold a postdoctoral position, or be an early-career researcher (up to 3 years from PhD completion) at the time of application;
Be registered on the LACA-ABCr 2025 registration platform (payment of registration fees can be completed after the bursary selection);
Submit an abstract to the conference;
Send a motivation letter explaining their interest in the school and the need for financial support;
Send a brief curriculum vitae;
Students must provide a recommendation letter from their academic advisor or supervisor.
